Best independent/niche fragrance: This is a three-way tie between the twin launches of the tropical delights Nectar des Îles and Vents Ardents from En Voyage Perfumes and the stunning green floral chypre Vert pour Madame from DSH Perfumes. I simply could not choose one of these over the others I was so impressed with them. The En Voyage perfumes were well-crafted compositions that managed to avoid the usual tropical clichés, and Vert pour Madame was a superb example of a fragrance genre that does not get enough respect these days.
